Director/Head of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence
As the Director/Head of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence you will have an enormous opportunity to define the analytical framework and technologies guiding leadership decision making for new fast charging site locations. You'll be a key member of a high growth, VC-backed startup defining how to measure and improve the things that matter most to our customers. You will work with the product team to analyze feature launches and engagement trends to generate key insights for future improvements. And you will work with C-level leadership to ensure effective communication of business trends to our board of directors and key investors.
Director/Head of UX Design
EVCS is seeking a problem solving, customer obsessed Director/Head of UX Design with a desire to solve the challenge of demystifying public fast charging through world class UI/UX design vision and execution. As the single threaded mobile and web design leader, you will combine an innovative approach to human centered interaction with expertise in research, rapid prototyping, testing for and incorporating customer feedback.
Network Operations Director
You will develop the playbook for network monitoring, down time detection, root cause analysis, rapid remote and/or field team resolution. You will develop and optimize a virtual network operations center (NOC) enabling real time monitoring and issue resolution with the goal of reaching 98% uptime. The Network Operations Director will invent and simplify to enhance our ability to deter vandalism and improve safety for EVCS customers. You will define the KPIs used to measure success and will deliver a regular cadence of network performance reporting, root cause analysis and downtime resolution to senior leadership. You will think strategically in developing a road map to ensure EVCS is implementing the latest technologies in EV charging network quality assurance and timely field tech issue resolution. And you will act tactically in directing and supervising the field assurance staff, including responsibilities associated with the proper integration, activation, maintenance and ongoing operations of the EVCS network. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with our charger OEMs to resolve technical and design issues and business teams to ensure a high-quality brand station experience. As a forward-thinking leader, you align capabilities to deliver complex solutions with continually high levels of customer service. Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Project Development Engineer (PDE)
The Project Development Engineer will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee Engineering and Construction operations in the organization, reporting to Head of Construction. You will be accountable for managing internal and external Engineering and Contractor resources, to ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems. You will support all phases of the engineering and building process, beginning with initial site evaluation, leading to streamlined permitting and cost-effective construction. You will be overseeing our EV charging network within your region.
Project Manager
The Project Manager is an administrative role which is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, reporting to Director of Project Management. You will communicate with clients and management throughout the engineering and building process, beginning with initial site evaluation, leading to streamlined permitting and cost-effective construction. Monitor and track the project to ensure we meet deadlines. Prepare application submittal packets for various grants and rebates.
