Project Manager
Salary Range: $65-$85k/yr Depending on Experience
The Project Manager is an administrative role which is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, reporting to Director of Project Management. You will communicate with clients and management throughout the engineering and building process, beginning with initial site evaluation, leading to streamlined permitting and cost-effective construction. Monitor and track the project to ensure we meet deadlines. Prepare application submittal packets for various grants and rebates.
Responsibilities
• Complete application forms for different grants and rebate opportunities
• Prepare complete submittal packet for payment for rebates and grants
• Track project status and update trackers and Salesforce accordingly
• Review site host agreements and assist with amendments as needed
• Manage and track the number of chargers per site including charger type/model
• Follow-up with project customers on a weekly basis
• Record Utility invoice/payment, saving documents in Dropbox and SalesForce
• Trello updates maintained
• Monitor rebate milestone and expiration dates, identify extensions as needed
• Track agreements and fill out any required forms
• Schedule site walks for engineers, PDE’s
• Input new site information onto multiple associated websites and Apps and maintain as needed
• Schedule commissioning of EV Chargers and admin panel tutorial sessions
• Keep all stakeholders aligned and aware on the progress of all sites by generating and submitting regular project reports

Requirements:
• 4+ years’ experience in Project Management
• 3+ years' experience with SalesForce
• Ability to manage external clients professionally on a day-to-day basis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Adaptability, flexibility in the face of changing business requirements and conditions
• Confident working remotely and operating independently
Education and Experience
• Project Manager Professional (PMP) preferred
• EV space/sustainability, renewables (commercial solar/energy storage) or Engineering industry experience is preferred, but not required
